These two documents were commissioned by the FAA in 1988 and produced by Systems Control Technology, Inc. as part of the FAA’s Helicopter Technical Support Contract (DTFA01-87-C-0014).
They are old, but not outdated, and give an example of how trainers can develop scenario based, table-top exercises, to facilitate learning in non-technical skills.
