The database provides a foundation for specific products and subsequent research addressing a variety of aviation safety issues.&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASRS&#8217;s database includes the (deidentified) narratives submitted by reporters which provide an exceptionally rich source of information for policy development, human factors research, education, training, and more. The database also contains coded information by expert analysts from the original report which is used for data retrieval and analyses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get direct access to the database via this <a href=\"https:\/\/asrs.arc.nasa.gov\/search\/database.html\">LINK.<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Searching the database<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASRS has enhanced ASRS Database Online capabilities \u2013 in addition to HTML displays, you can export your search results to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel\u00ae (.xls), and Comma Separated Value (.csv) formats. The content of the .doc, .xls and .csv formats will be the same as the on-screen incident record.
