Many operators lack the resources to design effective training, leaving individual trainers to navigate the vast landscape of CRM on their own. Our aim is to provide a platform that offers guidance, resources, and support to trainers. By sharing and centralising up to date knowledge and training tools we give trainers a better chance to deliver impactful, relevant CRM training that enhances aviation safety.
WHO?
Our community includes practicing CRM trainers and human factors experts, training department personnel, and professional aviators who want to stay current with applied CRM knowledge and research. The value of the site is dependent upon the participation, collaboration, and sharing by this community to the benefit of all.
